Diamond Pollard

Diamond has been a part of the IAA team since October 2017. She currently serves as IAA’s Communications Manager. Her primary responsibilities include managing internal and external communications, crafting written content for the web, and maintaining the internal technologies, including our CRM, Salesforce.

Prior to joining IAA, Diamond gained experience as a Contractor for Genworth Financial conducting client contract research. Diamond graduated with honors from Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor’s degree in Writing and Psychology. She is also a member of the Project Management Institute.

Outside of the office, Diamond enjoys reading, writing, and taking long walks. She also tutors small children. A native of Virginia, Diamond moved to Charlotte in 2017 after visiting a sibling here and falling in love with our ever-growing and ever-changing city.
